The Patriot Act is
nothing more than a Constitution killer. It takes away freedoms that
have been given to us by our forefathers. The New York towers fiasco,
was the reason given to take those freedoms away. The sooner this
freedom killer is repealed in full, the better. All it has done is to
allow the federal authorities to tear down our front doors with zero
authority to do so. They can electronically ease drop on us with zero
authority as well. They also can throw us into prison without a fair
trial. With any luck, this lousy piece of legislation will be repealed
in full.

Homeowners check out this information. Some judicial officials are waking up about the unscrupulous mortgage lenders.
Lenders statewide may have to work harder to get their paperwork
right in foreclosure cases after an N.C. Court of Appeals decision.
The court has ruled against a lender in a 2009 Hyde County
foreclosure, saying the documents presented did not prove the lender was
